Sept 10-20
Toronto International Film Fest
Streetfest Sept 10-13

TIFF is all about film but there is also a 4 day Street Festival that shuts down King Street on the first 4 days of the Festival.  Lot’s of street food.  And check out a Foodie film called AN at the Festival.

Veg Food Fest
Harbourfront Centre

Vegetarians always seem to feel a bit frustrated at a lot of the food festivals around town but there is a Vegetarian Food Festival just for Veg heads now at Harbourfront.

Toronto Food & Wine
Evergreen Brickworks
Some of the Top Chefs from the U.S. and Canada will be on hand for demos and classes and loads of local vendors showing off their food.

Toronto Ukranian Festival
Bloor West Village
Get Ukranian for a day and experience all things Ukranian at Bloor West Village.

Toronto Oktoberfest

Even though it’s September you can celebrate Oktoberfest and get your beer on.

Roncesvalles Polish Festival

I checked out the Polish Festival last year and it was a lot of fun.  Don’t forget to have some perogies with sour cream.

If you like Beer then this is the festival for you.  Happening at Breweries and restaurants around Toronto.

Toronto Garlic Festival

You won’t find any vampires here but you will find a lot of garlic lovers at Toronto’s Garlic Festival.  Don’t forget to bring your mints if you plan on taking the TTC home.

Taste Canada – Food Writing Awards
